Please confirm reservation (make payment) at latest by 12:00pm local time on 5 days before your travelling date. Early reservation is highly recommended. How to make a payment ? Who is the guide ? English or Chinese speaking licensed tour guide or volunteer (non-licensed) translator will escort your trip. (May not able to meet guest’s request for limited number of guides/translators) Please also ask us for other languages. Remarks : 1) Guests’ lunch and admission fees are not included to the fee. Please pay at each site. 2) Departure time can be changed. Please send request upon reservation. 3) Lunch and tips for driver and the guide are included to the fee. 4) Only when the schedule is late because of the guest’s request or sake, the guest should make a payment for surcharges to the driver or/and the guide. 5) Official receipt can be issued from IGR Tourist upon request. 6) Please advise IGRT if you have any food allergy when the tour includes lunch. 7) Smoking is prohibited in a taxi or trains. Please ask for the driver for a break for smoking or wait until getting of the taxi/trains. 8) Please check our website for new courses. Your original tour can be arranged by IGRT. Please contact us for further requests. Cancellation Policy *Cancellations made between 10 days to 8 days prior to the tour date will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount. *Cancellations made between 7 days to 2 days prior to the tour date will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount. *Cancellations made a day before the tour date will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount. *Cancellations made on the tour date before the tour start will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount. *No-Show or cancellations made on the tour date after the tour start will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount. Our tour conditions r conditions follows to the Standard Form Travel Agent Contract, Public Notice No. 790 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
